What Am I doing? October 11, 2014. My introduction to yoga came at Harrisburg Area Community College. The art was a part of our movement training curriculum in the Theatre Department. It was taught by David Olmsted during my time there. Later, I also registered for a 1-credit physical education course taught by Kay Morgan, Power Yoga. Today, I went to a free community class at Yoga Nature in Harrisburg, PA. It was refreshing! On October 11, 2014.
